Happy June to you all! I’m so excited for Stampin’up!’s New Annual Catalogue Launch. You can now order from the new catalogue. I know you can all view the new catty online, but if you want your paper copy, don’t hesitate to get in touch with me to get yours today. My wish list of goodies that I want from this catty is “ginormous” lol. And I must say, it is the BEST catalogue ever!
Before I show you my card today, I wanted to update you on our little family. I was a bit absent on the stamping front lately as my daughter, Lauren was in a serious car accident. Miraculously, she is doing amazing but I had the scare of my life. No mother wants to get that call, that their child was in a car accident. I’ve been feeling drained by the entire ordeal. She had an angel looking over her. She was a passenger in the car and has burns from the air bag, lots of bruising and stitches. We have more appointments this week. I’m beyond grateful that she has minor injuries after the extent of the head on collision she was implicated in.
On a happy note, we also celebrated my oldest daughter, Megan’s 18th birthday. I can’t believe that my baby is already 18. How time flies. I wanted to share with you the special card that I made for her today.
I made her card with new products from the Annual Catalogue. I used three stamp sets. The first stamp set that I want to highlight is the Hand Delivered Stamp Set. This photopolymer stamp set contains 16 pieces. It’s available in French as well and is perfect for two step stamping. It is part of the hostess collection. You want to get your hands on this cutie. Book a workshop with me in my home, yours or online, or place a qualifying order to get your own set.
I used the Stampin’Blends in Rich Razzleberry, Calypso Coral and Ivory. I love colouring with these alcohol base markers.
Steps to color using the Blends:
- Use the memento pad to stamp your images from the Hand Delivered Stamp Set onto Shimmery White Cardstock
- Colour using the Stampin’Blends with the light and dark shade to make perfect coloring shadows
I also used the Delightfully Detailed Memories & More Card Pack and coordinating Delightfully Detailed Note Cards & Envelopes. This kit is perfect for cards and scrapbooking. The greeting “it’s your day” comes from that kit.
The second stamp set that I used was Tabs For Everything. It contains 53 photopolymer Stamps and is available in French. This set coordinates with the 3/4 Circle Punch and the Circle Tab Punch.
On the inside I personalized Megan’s card by adding her name with the Make A Difference Stamp Set. This set is so awesome. I love the font. You can now write any word you wish. I also clear embossed the images from the Hand delivered set.
Use the the Scalloped Tag Punch to make a tag. Add a letter from the Large Letters Framelits to personalize you card even more.
And the embellshments include the Iridescent Sequins, Rich Razzleberry 1/4 velvet ribbon and my new “coup de coeur” as we say in French is the Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon that comes in white and ivory.
I used the Delightfully Detailed Note Cards & Envelopes to add text to her card. It was fun to create that extra layer that is hidden inside so she can see my personalize message for her 18th birthday.
Use returning colours, new colours and existing colours for your colour combination. Stampin’up! has created the best colour families. Don’t forget to look at the new colour revamp and get those new colours you don’t have in your collection.
I hope you liked my products from the next Annual Catalogue. Add these 3 amazing stamp sets to your wish list, order these products as part of your starter kit or book a party with me to have the opportunity to get the hand delivered stamp set as a hostess gift.

I’m so happy to hear your daughter is doing well and the accident wasn’t any worse than it was! Love the card and the fold. Thanks for sharing!

This card is adorable, and so personalized. I love the double fold, and the way it all ties together. Absolutely clever
