A couple of weeks ago, I had the incredible honor A couple of weeks ago, I had the incredible honor of being a Guest Designer for Connect & Create. Little did I know that this week, while attending Selene’s crafting event in Maine, USA, I’d walk into a room and discover that some of the attendees were creating cards that I had designed! 🥹💖 It was such a surreal and heartwarming moment to see my designs bringing joy to others and inspiring creativity across the border. Even more special was meeting these wonderful ladies—Sharyn, Barbara, and Joanne. What started as a chance meeting quickly turned into new friendships that I’ll truly cherish. Moments like these remind me why I love this amazing crafting community so much. It’s not just about paper and stamps—it’s about the connections we make, the memories we create, and the friendships that bloom along the way. I love to stamp on paper tissue and custom design I love to stamp on paper tissue and custom design bags. @stampinupofficial ‘s Velvet Meadow Suite is perfect for that since the DSP has a velvet texture and stunning colors. There’s something so beautiful about adding textur There’s something so beautiful about adding texture and dimension to florals! 🌸✨ I used @stampinupofficial ‘s Velvet Meadow Suite and had so much fun mixing techniques. I transformed the Notes & Totes Dies into a charming little fence, then combined the gorgeous velvet paper flowers with others that I watercolored for added depth and softness. To make the blooms even more realistic, I layered several petals together. I absolutely love how much dimension those tiny flowers create!
