I have a fun class coming up this week using recycling card box for card making. I’ve seen so many cards or tags using this technique. As soon as I saw the recycled card box on a card, I thought of the Snow Wonder Stamp Set for the occasion. Here is a sneak peek of one of the cards for my Recycled Card Box Card Class. I adore the color combination for this vintage card. The color blends beautifully with the Cardstock.
Using Recycling Card Box for cardmaking:
- Cut a piece of cardstock from a card box
- Pull the top layer of paper from the card box
- Remove any piece of paper that is left from the first layer
- End result should be a view of the ribbed surface
- Add to your card base for a textured look
I love the color combination of neutrals for a vintage card. I didn’t use crumb cake on my card but added it as a comparaison to the Recycled Card Box.
