Art comes in many forms. Today, the FAB Insta Hop Design Team featured creations from Favourite Artists. To be a pastry chef sure falls into that category. Therefore I opted for a gingerbread man card creation. Legend traces gingerbread men back to Queen Elizabeth I, who supposedly had her cooks mold the pastry into the shapes of her favorite courtiers and liked to give VIP guests ginger “biscuits” that were edible caricatures. My card features the Sending Cheer Bundle. I love the gingerbread man design and coordinating die in this collection. Gingerbread theme is sure popular for this holiday season, why not make a coordinating card!

I’ve stamped my gingerbread people in Pecan Pie Ink and stamped their eyes and mouth in Early Espresso Ink. I die cut in Cherry Cobbler the hearts. I added a contour of Pecan Pie Blends around the white swirls and added Wink of Stella to make shimmery icing.
