Carousel Horses Card Idea

Hello Crafters, Bonjour!

Hope you are enjoying your summer. We are still in full outdoor renovation, but our backyard is almost done. Team work has been the key. On Saturday, I helped my husband split wood. We had a pile that needed some tender loving care. Sunday, I decided to take a R&R day and just sat by the pool looking at the new Mini Catalogue that Stampin’up! sent to demonstrators. I also prepared catalogues copies for my customers and they will be mailed out this week. I’ve already had one Christmas in July Class in person and virtually and more planning is taking place for the next couple months. I love making Christmas Cards and I always start early! Also, Fall is my favourite season. Expect to see beautiful projects featuring Fall products too. My first Fall creations will be this upcoming Thursday, August 17th for the In color monthly club. Today, I’m sharing a card that I made in July featuring the Carousel Horses Bundle featured on page 16 of Stampin’up!’s Annual Catalogue.

The card was made for another series of creations for the FAB Instahop Design Team! What an honour to be part of this fabulous team.

For the month of July, we featured our favourite Children’s Book. I choose the Carousel Horses Bundle. Being a mom of 3 daughters, we’ve had our fair share of story telling featuring horses, princesses and unicorns. The Carousel Horses Bundle was perfect to create a card which brought me back to memories from when my daughters were young.

I choose a soft palette for my card colors. I even embellished my envelop which you can see in the background image.

For L’Accent Creatif August Creations, I’m featuring this same collection and have a Fun Fold Project for you. We are 9 demonstrators from France, Quebec and Ontario that share video tutorials to our team for free and to our customers with a $60 order. These tutorials are in French.
