Stampin' Up!'s Beach Boardwalk Cards

Hello my crafty friends, Bonjour!

This month’s group hop was all about sunshine, color, and creativity using the Beach Boardwalk Suite—and it did not disappoint! This collection truly captures that carefree seaside vibe with playful elements, soft textures, and beautifully coordinated designs that make crafting feel effortless.

One of the standout features of this suite is how everything works together so seamlessly. From the Beach Boardwalk Designer Series Paper filled with both soft coastal tones and vibrant pops of color, to the two-toned cardstock that adds depth and versatility, it’s easy to mix, match, and create without overthinking your design.

The suite is also available in French and called Promenade Littorale.

Slimline Card – A Full Color Experience

For my first project, I created a slimline card where I challenged myself to use every single color from the designer series paper. The two-toned cardstock really shines here, giving that soft, blended look while still keeping things bright and cohesive.

To bring in those classic boardwalk vibes, I added die-cut palm trees and tickets from the Boardwalk Fun Dies, creating a fun, summery scene full of personality.

Polaroid-Style Card – Texture & Dimension

Next, I designed a Polaroid-style card, inspired by capturing a perfect beach moment.

This card was all about highlighting the Beach Boardwalk Puffy Stickers, which are such a fun element in this suite. They add instant dimension and a slightly whimsical, scrapbook-like feel—perfect for making your project stand out without adding bulk.

Polaroid Shaker Card – Interactive & Artistic

For my final project, I combined two techniques into one by creating a Polaroid shaker card.

The shaker element adds movement and sparkle, while the watercolored palm trees bring in a softer, artistic touch that balances the brighter tones of the collection beautifully.
