Finally, the time has come for you my Stampin’up! Customers! This exclusive Festive Snowflake Showcase is available for customers from November 1st to the 3oth, while supplies last. Did you see the Artisan Design Team’s first hop? It was beyond amazing. There were so many different ideas! We’ve decided to take this collection on another hop around the globe. You may have just arrived here from my wonderful and talented friend Kayla MacAulay from Australia. I adore the colour combination she used for today’s Hop! Adding basic black makes her cards stand out.
On my last Snowflake Showcase Hop, I focussed on the Snow is Glistening Stamp Set and created a snowy wonderland. On this hop I’m featuring the Happiness Surrounds Stamp Set with the coordinating Snowfall Dies.
Card #1: for the avid stamper
I featured the Happiness Surrounds Stamp Set and the coordinating Snowfall Dies.
- Combine Shimmery White, Petal Pink Cardstocks and the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper
- Stamp with Flirty Flamingo and Petal Pink Ink onto the Petal Pink Cardstock with images from the Happiness Surrounds Stamp Set
- Make a bow with Linen Thread to coordinate with the dsp
- Add a little piece of wood texture dsp and Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon to create a border
- Fussy cut one of the greetings from the Happiness Surrounds Stamp Set in Flirty Flamingo Ink
- Use the Snow Fall Dies to add extra embellishments in coordinating cardstock
- Don’t forget to add extra embellishments to decorate your card like the Frosted Epoxy & Clear Droplets
I love the look of this card. This is definitely a sample card that can be used all year long and not only for the Holidays.
Card #2: for the beginner stamper
I featured the Happiness Stamp Set on it’s own.
- Combine Shimmery White and Petal Pink Cardstocks
- Stamp images from the Happiness Surrounds Stamp Set onto Shimmery Cardstock using Petal Pink, Flirty Flamingo, Coastal Cabana and Bermuda Bay ink
- Add a little piece of wood textures dsp, Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon and Calypso Coral Ombre Ribbon and a stamped image from the Happiness Surrounds Stamp Set to create a border
- Heat emboss a greeting with White Embossing Powder using a greeting from the Happiness Surrounds Stamp Set
- Make a bow with Linen Thread to coordinate with the dsp
- Embellish with Iridescent Sequins
This card design is easy for creating multiples in a wink of time.
With two stamp sets, Snow is Glistening and Happiness Surrounds, White Velveteen Paper, Snowflake Trinkets, and the coordinating Snowfall Dies, you will create gorgeous snowy projects but also projects that you can use all year long, the only limit is your creativity! The Snowflake Showcase collection is so versatile!
The Snowflake Showcase is available in French, Bonheur Tout Autour and Neige Scintillante. Therefore, my French customers can recreate this look too.
Grab a hot coco with fluffy marshmallows and continue our hop and you will want to get the exclusive Snowflake Showcase Products Collection before it’s gone for good. There are so many ideas!
