The Zoo Crew Suite Sneak Peek

Hello Stampers, Bonjour!

I’m writing this post on a Saturday!  I love my weekends.  I feel so relax and productive.  Chris and I have our “little routine”. We enjoy a cup of coffee first thing in the morning.  We sit together and chat, with our dog Riley present of course…  During the week, our work life is so busy that we don’t get “The Morning Coffee Date Opportunity.”  So weekends are a blessing.  I’ve also started running every morning before my official work day starts.  I use to run a lot before but when covid hit, nurses were asked to redirect and focus on covid duties.  So starting to run again has been a little more challenging since I hadn’t done it in a while.  I guess when you are in your late forties, body parts start hurting… lol

I created the Zoo Crew Projects for our first FAB Instahop Design Team.  What an honour to be part of this amazing team which features demonstrators from across the globe.  For our first instagram post, we are featuring our favourite products from the preorder.  I choose the Zoo Crew Suite Collection from the NEW Annual Catalogue that starts May 2nd. It’s on page 46-47.  It’s also available in French and called Collection Les Zozos Du Zoo.

Stampin’up! Demonstrators have a privilege of preordering ahead of time from the New Annual Catalogue. And of course I had to order everything from the preorder.  Thank goodness for demonstrator discount which is the initial reason I joined. I became a demonstrator  in 2006 so I could purchase my favorite crafting products at a discount price.  Here we are, almost 17 years later…. My Stampin’up! Anniversary is coming up in June.

My projects today feature a Baby Shower Theme or Birth Announcement Collection

Color Combination Used:

The Color Combination used today can be for a boy or a girl. It’s so versatile.

I created a “Zoo Crew Kit To Go” that includes a banner that can be customizable.  Four banner pieces are included. You can add the word or name of your choice.  Additional banner pieces are available as a “add on option.” I used the coordinating Zoo Crew 12″x 12″ Designer Series Paper and Ribbon Duo Combo Pack.

I also included coordinating note cards that can be used as thank you cards, baby shower invites or birth announcement where the new parents can add a picture of the baby. I had to make a coordinating box for the note cards since the designer paper is so cute. My onesie fits in the box too.

And the last project is a homemade stamped onesie with coordinating tag.  If you were hosting a birthday party for a child, the same concept could be done on a t shirt.
