Stampin’ Up!’s Branching Out Collection

Hello my Crafty Friends, Bonjour!

I hope you are all well.  I have to catch up on sharing new creations.  Let’s start with a couple of projects featuring Stampin’ Up!’s Branching Out Bundle.

If you’re looking for a versatile, nature-inspired stamping bundle, look no further than the Branching Out Bundle from Stampin’ Up! Whether you’re crafting holiday cards, rustic occasions, or elegant thank-you notes, this set delivers beautifully. Let’s dive into what it offers, why it works so well, and explore creative ideas to get you started.

What’s Included & Key Features

  • The bundle pairs a photopolymer stamp set (18 stamps) with a coordinating die set (10 dies) — together you get layering pine branch images, sentiments, and nested label/frame dies.
  • It’s a Two-Step stamping style: you layer two or more images from the set to build up depth, texture and colour.
  • The die set includes pine branches, sprigs, and six nested frame shapes — great for layering and creating focal shapes.
  • The bundle gives a savings compared to purchasing stamp + dies separately.

For my first card, I kept things very clean and simple — a basic white card that lets the delicate details of the dies truly shine. You can catch the full tutorial and see the special technique I used over on my YouTube channel  (make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss future projects!).

What I absolutely love about this bundle are the frame dies — they make those pine branches look so intricate and detailed, almost like you’re looking into a little picture frame of nature. The result is soft, elegant, and full of dimension without needing a lot of extra layers.

I also shared a few fun techniques to take your cards to the next level:

  •  How to create fake snow on your branches for that cozy winter touch.
  • How to use ink refills in your spritzer tool to add subtle background color and bring your scene to life.

And because I couldn’t stop creating with this sweet bundle, I also made a shaker box using the same collection!  It’s such a fun way to showcase the beautiful dies — you can see the branches layered behind the shaker window, almost like a winter forest scene. Add a bit of sparkle or “snow” inside, and it becomes a magical little keepsake or gift box for the season.

These little details add so much texture and charm — perfect for winter, Christmas, or even an all-season project with a rustic feel.

If you love nature-inspired designs, layered textures, and creative techniques, the Branching Out Bundle is a must-try. Whether you’re new to cardmaking or a seasoned crafter, this set gives you endless ways to branch out (pun intended ) with your creativity!
