Happy September! It’s a long weekend here in Canada! I am so excited about this fall weather that is just around the corner. Fall is my favorite season. I adore sweater weather, comfort food in the crock pot, apple picking, pumpkin patches and of course our beautiful maple leaves in Canada that turn in vibrant colors. I am so excited about our September Color Fuser Blog Hop… This month brings a new color fuser blog hop. We are featuring beautiful “fall- ish”colors. Designers can use a combination of Crushed Curry, Crumb Cake and Pecan Pie for their project.

Color Combination:
Instructions:
- Cut a 4 1/4″ x 11 piece of Basic White cardstock and score at 5 1/2″
- Cut a piece of 3 1/2″ x 5 1/2 ” Basic White cardstock
- Cut two pieces of Pecan Pie cardstock at 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ , one of them you will tear the edge and cut 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ piece of Iconic Celebrations Designer Series Paper and adhere to the white card base
- Using the coordinating Frosted Forest Decorative Masks and the Blending Brushes, add ink in Pecan Pie and Crushed Curry to the white piece of cardstock to the Forest Masks
- Die cut a Tree Image from the Frosted Forest coordinating dies and repeat the step above, followed by stamping the tree image from the Frosted Forest Stamp Set in Pecan Pie
- Add a strip of Crumb Cake Cardstock and a piece of Natural 3/8″ Polka Dot Trim, stamp the greeting in Pecan Pie ink from the Frosted Trees Stamp Set as well as a bow using Linen Thread
- Don’t forget to add specs of ink using coordinating Pecan Pie Stampin’Blends
To step it up: Stamp a bird image from the Frosted Forest Stamp Set in Pecan Pie Ink and die cut with coordinating dies. Add to the card as a cute paper die cut embellishment. Color with the Crumb Cake Stampin’Blend
