Happy Monday, Bon Lundi!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I sure did. My husband and I went on a weekend getaway for our anniversary to Mont Tremblant. It was suppose to be an October getaway but my nursing and Chris’s policing work commitments prevented us from going on our anniversary weekend. It was so wonderful to rest and relax. We had the most beautiful room at the Quintessence Hotel. The room was so gorgeous and spacious. It was such a blessing as this weekend package was gifted to us. It even snowed on Sunday! We enjoyed the spa. My favorite spa treatment was the wet steam bath with eucalyptus. It was so relaxing. The food, the pillow treats were delicious and we even had breakfast served to our room.
At the same time, Stampin’up! was hosting their virtual on stage event. I was able to attend while sitting by the fireplace and sipping on a glass of wine, watching the event while the snow fell outside. Demonstrators were spoiled with prizes, make and takes, different classes with amazing ideas and the best part, we got to see the new catalogues which included the sale a bration catalogue. What is Sale a Bration = it’s a special event with Free products with qualifying orders… You will love the new catalogue as well as the sale a bration free products. Demonstrators get to preorder the products in December. And demonstrators that attended onstage got to order some products from those catalogues this past weekend. My order arrives Friday! wohoo!!!
I have two examples of cards that I made with the Be Dazzling 6×6 Specialty Paper that was free with qualifying orders from the previous Sale a Bration catalogue. It is very sparkly. Although this specialty paper is no longer available, I still have some sheets available. If you place an order on my website in November, I will mail you some sheets with one of these cards below while supplies last.
You will love this little Give-away!!!
This weekend at our on stage event, Shelli Gardner presented a card that had multiple layers. Her daughter Sara counted all the layers she used for her card. I think Shelli had 7 layers…. I guess I love layers too. Can you guess how many layers on my card? I even embossed my greeting in gold:) I am a big fan of monochromatic look. The gold and white was so elegant and the two Colors blended beautifully.
I used the Christmas Trees Dies for this card. It has a coordinating stamp set called Whimsical Trees. If you purchase the bundle, you get an extra 10% discount. I embossed the greeting in gold. This greeting came from the Christmas to Remember stamp set which is also available in French, Noels Inoubliables. These greeting are adorable in both languages. I added the White 3/8″ Glittered Organdy Ribbon and Elegant Faceted Gems to continue this bling theme. To create more layers/dept to my card, I embossed the white cardstock with the Wintry 3D Embossing Folder.

Kim I am also a huge fan of monochomatic. And I dare to say, but these may be the most gorgeous cards I have ever seen!
