Hello Crafters, Bonjour!
It’s the first Monday of the month…Time for another Color Fuser Blog Hop. The April Color Fuser Blog Hop has a beautiful color combination. Designers can use a combination of Lemon Lime Twist, Balmy Blue and Gorgeous Grape for their crafty projects. I must admit, I love these color challenges. They have made design with colors that I would have never featured together. It’s a great way to design creations that are totally out of my comfort zone. I encourage you to play along. I thought this color challenge was perfect for April as it has that Spring Color Vibe. So I decided to use a bundle that featured a similar theme, the Umbrella Days Bundle.
Card Featuring the Umbrella Days Bundle
For today’s challenge, I used the Umbrella Days Bundle that is part of the Last Chance List. Meaning once this bundle is sold out, it’s gone for good. It’s the perfect bundle for Spring. I adore the details in the coordinating dies as well as the images in the stamp set. The sentiments have a beautiful font. I also featured New Dies from the 2025-2026 Annual Catalogue that will be available on May 5th to customers and that is currently available to demonstrators in the preorder. They are called the Gallery Blooms Dies.
Color Combination Used:
Tip: Use a Blending Brush and Ink to add color to the die cut umbrellas. Splatter some water using a Waterpainter.

- Cut a piece of 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4 ” Basic White Cardstock
- Die cut the frame image from the Gallery Blooms Dies in Basic White Cardstock
- Stamp the sentiment from the Umbrella Days Stamp Set in Versamark and add White Wow Embossing Powder. Use the heat tool to heat emboss. Fussy cut the sentiment
