A Treat Box featuring the Make A Memory Scrapbooking Kit

Hello My Crafty Friends, Bonjour!

This week, I am featuring Stampin’ Up! Make a Memory Scrapbooking Kit.  The kit is a thoughtfully designed all-inclusive kit that helps you preserve and celebrate life’s special moments with ease and creativity. Although, I do love the layouts that are suggested in this kit, I decided to make a couple of alternate projects.  Today, I paired it with the Beautiful Butterfly Bundle to make layers of colorful wings for the butterfly topper.

Day 1:  DIY Treat Box With Butterfly Topper

Measurements: 

• Box Base:  8″ x 9″, score the long side at 2 1/2″ and 6 1/2″ and score the short side at 2 1/2″ and 5 1/2″
• Box Lid:  5″ x 6″, score all four sides at 1″

This box size is perfect for homemade treats or chocolates.

Color Combination: 

The butterfly was die cut from coordinating cardstock inspired by the colors in the kit.

BONUS:  The kit contains Sentiments in English, French and German.
