Creating My Stack Of Holiday Cards:

I kept my cards pretty much the same, using a simple layout that makes it easy to create multiples. Here’s how I put them together:

  • Step 1 – Card Bases: I started with the Festive Flecks Mix & Match Cards & Envelopes, using the card bases to make the process quick and easy.
  • Step 2 – Add Designer Series Paper:  I layered Designer Series Paper from the Creative Celebrations Mix & Match 6” x 6” Specialty Designer Series Paper onto my card bases.  For a little variety, I tore the bottom edge on some of the pieces to add texture and interest. On the others, I left the paper as a full piece for a cleaner look. Both options are lovely, so choose whichever style you prefer!
  • Step 3 – Add Ephemera: I layered coordinating pieces from the Happiest Season Tags Mix & Match Ephemera Pack and the Season of Celebration Mix & Match Ephemera Pack.  These ready-to-use elements make decorating so easy and add beautiful festive details without spending extra time cutting and die cutting.
  • Step 4 – Finishing Touches:  I added a little linen thread to finish off my cards and give them some extra texture.
  • Step 5 – Package and Create Tags: To finish everything off, I packaged my cards and envelopes together and used a hole punch to create coordinating tags featuring the products used in this project. Such a lovely way to package a set of handmade cards, especially if you’re giving them as a gift!
