Hi Crafters, Bonjour!

With my August 2022 Sweet Sunflowers Kit, I made these cute farmhouse cards to celebrate some of my team members accomplishments. You know, 16 years ago when I joined Stampin’up!, the main reason was because I didn’t know how to craft, where to start, what products I needed. I found all of Stampin’up!’s products coordinated which made it easy for me to make pretty cards and scrapbook pages. From ink pads, to cardstock and embellishments…. Everything blended so beautifully.
If you asked me today, Kim why are you still a Stampin’up! demonstrator? As I just got back from a leaders conference in New Orleans called Back Stage, I can answer very clearly this question. I love to “Help others recognize their value, worth through creativity“. I love to spoil my team members and customers, to host in my home and gather with my crafty friends. There is something so powerful about gathering with others doing what we love. My goal is to make every single crafty friend feel special.
Today, I dedicate my post to my team members, The Cupcake Cuties! yes I love cupcakes…. I bought flowers from a local lady who’s company is called White Barn Blooms. She was my inspiration for my cards for 3 of my team members.
How to make my card:
- Use the background card base from the August Paper Pumpkin kit. If you are a visual person like me, check out the August Paper Pumpkin Video HERE.
- Add a bow from Linen Thread
- Stamp the barn from the Christmas Barn Stamp Set in Gray Granite Ink
- Die cut the barn using the Barn Dies
- Add to the card base
- Emboss the word Congratulations from the Charming Sentiments Stamp set with white embossing powder.
- Die cut using coordination dies called Sentiments Silhouettes Dies
- Add Basic White Pearls to embellish your card and voila!
