Truly in stampin up style, I was sent this beautiful card from The Main office in Alberta Canada. How simple this gesture can put a huge smile on my face, to be recognized with a handmade card from Stampin up!'s canadian office. This simple card has made me reflect on my adventures as a demonstrator for Stampin'up! I have achieved all levels: Join for the discount, I wanted all my products at a discount price. I was my best customer…. I fell in love with the products, the quality, the choice, the vibrant colors, those awesome stamps and huge ink pads…lol It was love at first site. Then, I wanted to introduce the products to my close friends, to make cards and preserve their memories by scrapbooking… I started traveling to Stampin up! events and got addicted to the pleasure of swapping cards, getting new ideas at leadership and convention and mostly the new friendships across Canada and the USA. I had never traveled alone before. It was at one of the convention that I had set up one of my goals to win an incentive trip, I earn the southern caribbean cruise, the Alaska cruise, the disney trip of a life time and attending Founders circle... I had never cruised before, it was amazing…. One of my achievements was to be #3 demonstrator in Canada, never in my wildest dreams did I expect that. I got free products, recognitions, bonus etc…The highlight of those 10 years is when I earned a workshop of a lifetime in my home with Shelli Gardner, ceo of Stampin up and her daughter Sara who has now taken Shelli's position. We hosted a workshop in my home, had my downline meet them and have supper with them and in the evening hosted a large event for all demonstrators and customers. I wanted all of them to benefit from meeting Shelli and Sara!
It has been an amazing journey! (smile) I have attended all levels as a demonstrator, from buying the kit for the discounts, to being a hobby demo to achieving trips, and other amazing perks.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to my customers and the demonstrators on my team for those 10 years of ongoing support, regardless of the level that I attained! xo
